  • We are in search of an experienced PLC/Robotics Technician to enhance our automation and robotic systems within a manufacturing setting. The primary focus of this role is to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize PLC-controlled machinery and robotic systems, ensuring peak operational efficiency for our plant.
  • Responsibilities
  • - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-controlled machinery and robotic systems in a high-volume production environment.
Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues on automated equipment with precision. Collaborate with PLC systems such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other comparable platforms to ensure seamless operation. Support the operation of robotic systems, implement programming adjustments, and drive system performance improvements. Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, ladder logic, and automation drawings accurately. Execute preventative maintenance and contribute to system upgrades and commissioning processes effectively.

  • Proven experience with PLC systems and industrial robotics in a manufacturing context.
Superior electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities, with a deep understanding of automation principles. Background in manufacturing, automation, or robotics environments, demonstrating hands-on expertise. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic diagrams. Comprehensive knowledge of automated production equipment and associated control systems.
