Support and maintain high-tech robotics and automated equipment, including AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), robotic arms, palletizers, fluid fillers, and labelers.
Interpret electrical schematics and PLC logic to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Reliability & Continuous ImprovementConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
Execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies using advanced diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to recommend equipment upgrades and lifecycle improvements.
Safety, Projects, & MentorshipAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance and training to junior Maintenance Technicians.
Support capital projects, including the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with OSHA and environmental safety standards. experience 7-10 years skills 10+ years of experience in a high-volume, automated production facility.
Experience with robotics, AMRs, or advanced industrial automation.
CMRT License.

Automation, Controls, & Advanced Troubleshooting Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on PLC-controlled production systems (Allen-Bradley preferred). Troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, industrial electrical systems, and HMI interfaces. Support and maintain high-tech robotics and automated equipment, including AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), robotic arms, palletizers, fluid fillers, and labelers. Proficiency in industrial electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting (minor programming), VFDs, and high-speed packaging equipment.Soft Skills:
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and intermediate computer skills.Licensing:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (must be insurable for company vehicles). Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a high-volume, automated production facility. Experience with robotics, AMRs, or advanced industrial automation. CMRT License. OSHA 30 orNFPA 70E
