This individual will work at the intersection of design and production. This hands-on position supports our development and manufacturing teams by diagnosing board-level failures and performing precise calibrations on sensitive electronic equipment.
Key Responsibilities System Testing:
Set up and operate diagnostic equipment to verify circuit performance.Troubleshooting:
Diagnose malfunctions at both the system and component level, identifying defective circuits or parts.Calibration:
Perform routine calibration and preventative maintenance on laboratory and production equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.Compliance:
Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, including Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards and health regulations.Qualifications & Skills Education:
A degree in electrical technology or a related field, or completion of an electrical apprenticeship.Experience:
Proven experience as an electrical technician preferred, preferably in a manufacturing setting.Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of electrical systems, components and safety protocols.Problem-Solving:
Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.Communication:
Good communication skills, both verbally and written to collaborate with team members and customers. This is an in-person position located in our Verona Wisconsin facility working closely with our sales team and manufacturing personnel. Qualified candidates must agree to a pre-employment drug screening and background check.Benefits:
