Full Job Description Salary:
$37.00•39.75 per hour + none
Reference:
S_177144 The maintenance automation technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining systems and equipment, PLC programming/troubleshooting and general system controls. 2nd shift 4 pm•2 am Monday through Thursday. Weekend day shift Friday through Sunday 6 am•6 pm. Overtime on the weekend shift paid on any hours over 36. Medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, 401(k) 100% match of the first 3% and 50% match of the next 2%, as well as 112 hours of paid time off in your 1st year.
Responsibilities:
Review, troubleshoot, and modify PLC hardware, communications network, and programs Provide support by troubleshooting equipment and connecting to PLC and control systems throughout the production area. Locate sources of problems by observing devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. Accurately keep records of work completed and ensure proper change-management of programs and documentation.

Various Shifts Available Skills:
Certification or course work in industrial controls systems or PLC design. Clean welding experience. Prior experience with Siemens and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Prior experience with ProLeit, Codex, preferred.

High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior experience troubleshooting industrial PLC/controls. Prior industrial maintenance experience. Structured text, ladder logic, SFC, function blocks, etc. Experience with low voltage and Ethernet communication. Do you have automation experience, can you program PLC's?
