Job Description

Looking for person that has experience being able to diagnose and repair small electrical (Light Switches, replace breakers), Plumbing (Toilet and faucet repair) basic maintenance of apartments and houses. Drywall repair, painting, roofing and other construction experience encouraged. 30-40 hours per week plus per week. Pay based on experience. On call at night with a minimum of 2 hours per call out. (Rare) Must have valid driver's license and transportation.
