Full-time, rotating shifts in a 24/7 chemical plant environment

West Virginia Electrician License required About the Role TCL Specialties is seeking Instrumentation-focused Electrical & Instrumentation (I&E) Technicians to support operations at our new chemical manufacturing facility in New Martinsville, WV. This role is primarily instrumentation and controls-focused, supporting calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of process instrumentation and control systems in a chemical manufacturing environment. We are hiring for both permanent and temporary full-time opportunities. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with process instrumentation, calibration equipment, and control systems. Schedule Full-time hours 24/7 plant operation Rotating shifts required Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required What You'll Do Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot process instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature) Use calibration equipment such as: Emerson Trex PIE calibrators Fluke 789 Maintain and troubleshoot control systems and instrumentation loops Support PLC-based systems and process control equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure reliability Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and technical documentation Execute planned instrumentation and control maintenance work Document work using CMMS systems Partner with operations and maintenance teams to support uptime and reliability Follow all safety, environmental, regulatory, and PSM standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Vocational or technical training in instrumentation or controls preferred West Virginia Electrician License required 3+ years of instrumentation and controls experience in an industrial or process environment required Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred Hands-on experience with instrumentation brands such as: Yokogawa Rosemount Honeywell AUMA Emerson Experience with instrument calibration and loop troubleshooting required Familiarity with PLCs and process control systems Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop sheets, and technical drawings Experience using CMMS systems Strong safety mindset and communication skills

$47.00 - $51.17 per hour
