Bobcat Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly with Bobcat engines. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles are operating efficiently and safely. The technician will also provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems, including Bobcat, Doosan, Kabota, engines. Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, hydraulics, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct heavy lifting tasks as required during repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Skills Proficient in vehicle maintenance techniques, particularly for diesel engines. Familiarity with Bobcat systems and components is a plus. Ability to understand basic schematics. General use of computers Strong understanding of air brake systems and their maintenance. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to diagnose issues related to shocks, struts, suspension, and HVAC systems. Capability to transmit technical information clearly to team members and customers. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
