You are also required to have knowledge of the definition, interpretation, and implementation of design requirements, coordination and execution of hardware designs, development and integration of hardware in accordance with all engineering process specifications. You are Interfacing with organizations across the enterprise including planning, manufacturing, and engineering to ensure the delivery of products. Other key experience and familiarity with Failure investigation processes, Material review processing, Manufacturing support, and Discrepancy documentation and resolution.

Desired Skills:

• Experience implementing Electrical Engineering fundamentals including schematic/CCA design.
• Experience In Troubleshooting Electrical components.
• Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
• Experience with Ground Support Equipment, e,g., hardware engineering with an emphasis in electrical engineering design/assembly/integration/testing, Army missile launcher hardware, launcher hardware in general, command and control hardware, flight hardware experience,
• Hands-on hardware experience
• Experience working with suppliers
• Proficient in troubleshooting Hardware, finding root cause, and corrective action
• Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
• Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
• Presenting technical data to management and customer
• Proactively tracking all day to day assignments and ensure they are completed by due date
• Collaborate within team and across other IPTs to resolve issues
• Ability to communicate issues and additional resource needs to leadership.
• Experience with Zuken, PSPICE, LTSPICE, MATLAB, MATHCAD, LABVIEW or similar products.
• Experience using CAD tools such as Creo.
• Performed Worst Case Analysis (WCA).
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Cable Harness Design and Fabrication/Assembly
• Experience with design and/or analysis of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) or Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).

Compensation:

$45/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
