Job Description

Join our client's engineering team and play a key role in ensuring complex electrical systems and products perform at the highest level. This Test Engineer role is an opportunity to drive quality, influence design improvements, and develop innovative testing solutions that directly impact mission-critical programs. C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Compensation:
 $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary, depending on experience What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute testing solutions based on customer requirements Create test plans, procedures, programs, and supporting documentation Design and develop test equipment for production and depot operations Analyze test results and recommend product and design improvements Ensure compliance with applicable testing standards and requirements Troubleshoot products and support root cause analysis efforts Lead testing initiatives and support continuous quality improvements What You'll Need to be Considered Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience programming automated test equipment such as DITMCO, Cablescan, Cirris, PXI, or similar platforms Ability to develop testing proposals, analyze results, and provide design recommendations Strong troubleshooting skills with a creative approach to problem-solving Experience developing custom test hardware and test strategies RF testing experience is highly preferred INENG
