Position Title :
Testing Electrical Engineer ■
Responsibilities :
1. Conduct routine electrical tests on power transformers (e.g., ratio, winding-resistance, temperature rise, dielectric, SFRA, etc.) 2. Assist in test setup, equipment operation and result documentation 3. Monitor real-time test data and escalate anomalies to senior engineers 4. Follow IEEE standards in test execution 5. Create test plans (ITP), NCR and NCM 6. Support test report preparation and maintain accurate records 7. Communicate with internal teams to ensure testing readiness and timelines 8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized test environment 9. Continuously learn and adapt to new procedures and customer requirements ■
Qualifications :
 Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field  0-3 years of experience in transformer or electrical equipment testing  Basic understanding of electrical measurements and diagnostic tools  Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy  Effective teamwork and communication skills  Proficiency in MS Office (SAP, Excel, Workday, etc.)  Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to dynamic schedules ■
