Job Description
Professional Fayetteville, AR 1st Shift $90K-$120K/Year Job Details Our client is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE Required) to support and lead electrical design efforts as they continue to expand in the Northwest Arkansas region. This Electrical Engineer (PE Required) position offers a strong blend of hands-on technical work and leadership responsibility, making it an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who wants to play a key role in a growing organization. The Electrical Engineer (PE Required) will have the ability to influence both project outcomes and the overall direction of the engineering team.
Position Summary:
The Electrical Engineer (PE Required) will serve as a technical leader, overseeing electrical system design for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong expertise in electrical engineering principles, the ability to mentor team members, and confidence in serving as a primary point of accountability for electrical design work. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical system design for commercial and industrial projects Design and develop power distribution systems, lighting layouts, and low-voltage systems Serve as Engineer of Record for electrical projects Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards, including NEC requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations Assist with project planning, timelines, and client communication Support business development initiatives through technical expertise and client interaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required Strong experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical design Proficiency in Revit required; AutoCAD experience is a plus In-depth knowledge of NEC and other relevant electrical codes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelySimilar remote jobs
