Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with an electrical focus to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will drive manufacturing excellence by developing, optimizing, and maintaining electrical systems and processes within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless production of high-quality products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across all operations. Electrical Manufacturing Engineer (Data Center Cooling)
Location:
In Person Build the systems that keep data centers running. We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support production of data center cooling and air handling systems . If you enjoy working on the floor, solving real electrical problems, and improving how equipment is built and tested—this role is for you. What You'll Do Support electrical assembly, panel builds, and wiring of HVAC/cooling units Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control panels Improve build quality, test processes, and equipment reliability Work directly with production to resolve issues in real time Review schematics, optimize wiring standards, and support new product builds Drive continuous improvement (Lean, root cause analysis, error-proofing) Assist with electrical testing and system validation What You Bring 2+ years in manufacturing, electrical, or controls engineering Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial electrical systems Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), controls, and wiring Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams Comfortable working on the shop floor in a fast-paced environment Bonus If You Have HVAC or data center cooling experience AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools Lean / Six Sigma experience Why Join Us Work on mission-critical equipment used in data centers Strong benefits: 401(k) match, health, dental, vision PTO + holidays Growth and hands-on technical development
