• Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer or an Electrical Engineer.
• This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector in Chandler, AZ.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Launch Vehicles business group. Job Responsibilities Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.

Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or a level 2. Basic qualifications for an Electrical Engineer 1 are a Bachelor's Degree. Basic qualifications for an Electrical Engineer 2 are a Master's Degree. A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria.

The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
• Be able to obtain a U.

S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.

Primary Level Salary Range:

$65,800.00 - $98,800.00

Secondary Level Salary Range:

$79,300.00 - $118,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
