Gilbert, AZ Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Research Full Job Description Junior Engineer (Entry-Level) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or individuals early in their engineering careers. The Junior Engineer will support senior engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining systems, products, or processes while gaining hands-on experience and technical skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions Support senior engineers with technical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports Participate in project planning and execution activities Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company and industry standards Conduct research to support engineering projects and product improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations Maintain accurate records of project activities and results Learn and apply engineering principles, tools, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field) Internship, co-op, or academic project experience preferred Basic knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards Familiarity with engineering tools (e.g., CAD software, programming languages, simulation tools as applicable) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Eagerness to learn and develop professionally Preferred Skills Experience with relevant software tools (e.g., SolidWorks, MATLAB, Python, etc.) Understanding of project management fundamentals Basic knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ATSC is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
