  • Full-time Job Overview Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to support the construction, coordination, and commissioning of UPW systems in semiconductor and high-tech facility projects.
This role will work closely with clients, general contractors, project managers, engineers, and field teams to help ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable codes. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience supporting on-site construction activities, and the ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams. This person should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and coordinating across multiple stakeholders to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination and Execution Support construction planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to help ensure project milestones are met Coordinate with clients, system providers, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain alignment throughout project execution Work cross-functionally with project managers, mechanical teams, and field personnel to support smooth project delivery Field Operations and Commissioning Support and coordinate on-site construction activities, sequencing, and installation progress Lead or assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities Conduct site walks, inspections, and field verification to support quality, safety, and project readiness Identify field issues, determine root causes, and implement practical solutions in a timely manner Documentation and Project Support Assist with material take-offs, cost estimation, and procurement support Maintain engineering documentation, field records, project logs, and as-built drawings Review progress billings and verify alignment with actual field progress and project milestones Track project-related billing information and prepare reports for management and client review Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum of 2 years of on-site construction experience, preferably in semiconductor, industrial, or high-tech facility environments Strong electrical troubleshooting and field problem-solving ability Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams and electrical drawings Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams English communication required Preferred Experience supporting semiconductor facility projects Familiarity with NEC requirements and electrical construction standards Basic understanding of water treatment systems, including UPW and WWT Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, or related design coordination tools Experience with QA/QC inspections, commissioning, or construction closeout documentation Skills Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple project stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage field issues and support construction problem resolution Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate project documentation Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-based project environment
