Test Systems Hardware Engineer About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Test Systems Hardware Engineer to support the design, integration, and troubleshooting of engineering and production test systems in Tucson, AZ. This role is focused on developing reliable hardware solutions that support complex test environments across both engineering labs and production operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with test hardware, interface assemblies, cabling, and system-level integration, along with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Responsibilities Design, integrate, and support hardware for engineering and production test systems Develop and maintain interface assemblies, cabling solutions, schematics, and related documentation Troubleshoot hardware issues in both lab and production environments Support system integration, validation, and test activities Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to deliver effective solutions Ensure hardware designs meet technical, schedule, and cost requirements Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for test processes and hardware reliability Required Qualifications Experience designing and integrating: Test system hardware Interface assemblies Related electronic or electromechanical components Strong hardware troubleshooting skills in engineering and production environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional engineering teams Ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Schematic capture Cabling design Circuit analysis Familiarity with: Automated test systems Production test workflows Ability to manage technical scope, schedules, and cost considerations in a process-driven environment Experience supporting manufacturing or production test operations Experience Level Intermediate Level #ACTjobsAZ26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.
