Job Description Design and integrate electrical test system hardware, interface assemblies, and interconnects for lab and production environments Develop and maintain schematics, cabling diagrams, and technical documentation using standard EE design tools Lead development of engineering and production test systems, including test interface adapters and mixed‑signal cabling Perform independent troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical, RF, and instrumentation issues Support all phases of test system development while managing technical scope, cost, and schedule for assigned tasks Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (systems, software, manufacturing, quality) to deliver production‑ready test solutions Provide technical guidance to junior engineers as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field 5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience (or 3+ years with an advanced STEM degree) Strong hands‑on experience with factory and laboratory test instrumentation, including: Oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, network analyzers Proven ability to read, create, and review schematics and electrical drawings Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF circuit design and analysis at the subsystem or system level Proficiency with EE design and analysis tools, including: Creo Schematic, Mentor Capital, Altium, DX Designer, or similar Working knowledge of software and hardware communication protocols: Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, SPI, CAN, RS‑422, etc. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Experience designing or integrating automated test systems Experience controlling test instrumentation via: LabVIEW, SCPI
commands, or similar frameworks Hands‑on experience with: Test interface adapters (TIAs) Mixed‑signal and RF cabling Interconnect drawings and production test hardware Experience supporting manufacturing or factory test environments Exposure to mentoring or technical leadership responsibilities
