Role OverviewThis role provides technical leadership and project management support for consulting and engineering services within the water and wastewater industry. The Senior Electrical Engineer will combine hands‑on electrical and controls design with client engagement, mentoring junior staff, and leading project delivery.
The position supports critical infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, wells, and related facilities throughout the full project lifecycle.
What the Senior Electrical Engineer Will DoLead and support electrical engineering design for water and wastewater infrastructure projectsProvide technical leadership on power distribution, motor control centers, standby power systems, and instrumentation & controlsDevelop scopes of work, cost estimates, and project documentationManage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teamsServe as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project stakeholdersSupport projects through planning, design, construction, and commissioningMentor and support junior engineering staffWork closely with operations staff, field crews, contractors, and fellow engineers to ensure designs are practical, safe, and buildableWho This Role Is ForThis role is ideal for a collaborative electrical engineering professional who enjoys working closely with operators, construction teams, and clients to deliver real‑world solutions.
