Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support a large engineering and consulting firm on a growing pipeline of data center projects. This individual will play a key leadership role managing both technical delivery and day-to-day engineering operations. On a daily basis, this person will oversee engineering staff, coordinate project workloads, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project execution. They will lead electrical design efforts across complex projects—including data centers, power systems, and energy infrastructure—while ensuring all work meets QA/QC standards, client requirements, and industry codes. This role also includes conducting design reviews, resolving technical challenges, supporting troubleshooting and system optimization, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Projects span a variety of sectors including industrial, commercial, and energy infrastructure, and may require occasional travel for site assessments and field coordination.
