The Boeing Company Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Test Procedure Development Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our team in El Segundo, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop story board that defines test procedure architecture and methodology Develop test procedure documentation based on released test requirements and story board Develop associating test scripts to automate test execution Validate test scripts against simulator, emulator, test bed, and/or test equipment Support the development of phase procedures for test phase execution Process recurring test procedure updates via change process Support test operation in the lab as required, which include but not limited to: execute tests, troubleshooting, evaluate test data, and archive test data and reports Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 3+ years of experience with space-based applications for mechanical, electrical, RF, and/or digital subsystems 3+ years of experience in the use of electrical test equipment such as digital multi-meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, vector network Analyzer and oscilloscope Experience with programming in C, C#, C++, Python and Visual Basic languages Experience in Tcl/Tk programming language Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience with space-based applications for mechanical, electrical, RF, and/or digital subsystems 5+ years of experience in the use of electrical test equipment such as digital multi-meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, vector network Analyzer and oscilloscope 3+ years of experience in Tcl/Tk programming language

Level 2: $90,950-$123,050 Level 3: $111,350-150,650
