12+ month contract with extension potential Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on EOL Technician to support Power Electronics testing and validation for midsize automotive systems. This role covers early-stage development through production-stage End-of-Line (EOL) testing, focusing on charging systems and high-voltage device (HVD) testing. This is an onsite position providing exposure to cutting-edge automotive electronics and test equipment. Key Responsibilities Execute EOL testing for automotive charging and power electronics systems Operate and maintain lab equipment, including AC grid simulators, DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, and other test instrumentation Use automotive tester equipment for diagnostics, validation, and troubleshooting Prepare and maintain test stations, including test equipment setup and reflashing procedures Collect and record test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with testing protocols Support early-stage and production-stage testing for midsize vehicle programs Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure station readiness and test execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (required) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with automotive tester equipment Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as AC grid simulators, DC power supplies, and oscilloscopes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work onsite full-time in ark, CA Familiarity with automotive electronics validation and testing preferred Candidate Value Proposition Hands-on role in cutting-edge automotive EOL testing Exposure to early-stage development and production-stage systems Work on charging and high-voltage electronics for midsize vehicles Opportunity to develop technical skills in automotive electronics and testing Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance Click "Apply Now" to join a team driving innovation in automotive power electronics testing.
