We are transforming an age old industry with intelligent robotics that can be deployed in less than a day. We replace infrastructure they takes many months to build and many people to sustain. We eliminate all that. We have already won the largest national customer in this multi-billion dollar industry. Come interview with us to see what we are doing, who you will work with and see why this might be the place for you. About the Role Own the end-to-end design of complex electrical subsystems from requirements capture through schematic, layout, prototyping, production bring-up Evaluate and qualify sensors, actuators, and power management components for use in a regulated pharmaceutical environment Define testing specifications across subsystems to ensure each component and subsystem meets intended functionality and safe operating conditions Investigate and resolve challenging hardware issues across prototyping and production, including signal integrity, thermal, and EMC problems Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers to define connector pinouts, harness routing, and interface protocols that simplify system integration Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with demonstrated technical leadership on multi-board or multi-subsystem products Track record of owning complex electrical subsystems end-to-end — from requirements through schematic, layout, prototyping, and production bring-up Deep expertise in one or more core domains such as power electronics, motor drives, sensor interfaces, or mixed-signal design, with working breadth across the others Experience driving design reviews and contributing to team-wide standards for schematics, layout, documentation, and test coverage Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across the full hardware stack, including signal integrity, thermal, and EMC challenges Previous successful collaboration with firmware and mechanical engineers to co-develop interface specifications and integration test plans Familiarity with DFM, DFT, and supply chain considerations that influence production-ready electrical designs
