By leveraging your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, you will minimize downtime and drive operational reliability across our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on extrusion and print press machinery to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults, utilizing advanced skills in PLC systems and variable frequency drives. Manage the lifecycle of work orders by accurately documenting repairs, tracking parts usage, and maintaining digital maintenance logs. Oversee the safe handling, labeling, and storage of hazardous materials and regulated waste in compliance with environmental standards. Proactively recommend and implement equipment modifications or fabrications to improve system longevity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during safety training sessions to foster a culture of operational excellence and risk mitigation. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial electrical repair and maintenance. Strong proficiency in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting complex control systems. Hands-on experience with PLCs and VFDs in a high-volume manufacturing setting. Competency in using digital maintenance management systems and computer-based reporting tools. Preferred Skills Technical background in the operation and repair of extrusion and printing equipment. Demonstrated ability to manage industrial waste disposal and hazardous material protocols. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
