Eldorado National (California), Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking a Controller to be responsible for managing all accounting functions, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance at Eldorado National. This role will provide leadership in financial strategy, budgeting, and operational efficiency while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records: Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Develop and implement internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Maintain compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage any financial reporting issues.
Monitor and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead cost accounting initiatives, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory management.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to drive cost efficiencies and improve financial performance.
Provide strategic financial insights to optimize manufacturing processes and profitability. This position will oversee the following three (3) positions: Supervisor, Accountants Payable / Receivable

Sr. Accountant Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related financial field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s). Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following: US GAAP
Internal Controls
Financial reporting requirements and tools.
Two or more of the following ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or Epicor.
Data Analysis
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel demonstrated by an ability to utilize two or more of the following: Macros, Pivot Tables, XLookup, VLookup, Sumif, or conditional formulas.
Cost accounting, inventory valuation and financial forecasting. No work from home (WFH) benefit available. The worker may need to travel locally within Riverside County to complete the duties of this position. Additional Information:

This position leads the finance team in meeting tight deadlines and delivering value-added analysis to help increase revenue and profits, improve cash generation, and support the company in achieving its overall business goals and objectives. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of finance principles and concepts to perform the following duties: Job responsibilities and duties include: Collaborates with key stakeholders to improve performance and align efforts with company goals. Uses business knowledge to guide decisions, reduce risks, and identify opportunities for growth and success. Coaches and mentors team leaders; delegates project assignments based on availability, ability, and developmental needs; provides developmental feedback to team members. Oversees all aspects of the company's financial planning and analysis, forecasting, accounting, strategic finance, and reporting, with a focus on strategic decision-making as well as tactical day to-day delivery. Evaluates financial analytics, in partnership with the Plant Leadership team, to drive business decisions that maximize financial value. Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following: Overseeing core finance functions including the following: accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Managing financial targets in a high-growth environment. Reforecasting budgets in response to changing business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional departments to develop and execute financial strategies. Supervising finance and accounting teams of at least five (5) staff members. Eldorado National (California), Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to serve as a pivotal member of our vehicle development program, leading mechanical design and integration efforts for both new builds and retrofitting existing vehicle platforms with electric drivetrains. This individual will leverage advanced CAD tools and project management strategies to ensure the successful execution of vehicle programs from concept to production. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of subject matter principles and concepts, and experience, to perform the following job duties and responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems for battery-electric vehicle platforms. Spearhead the integration of battery electric and low-voltage systems into existing and new vehicle platforms, ensuring optimal fit, safety, and performance. Create, modify, and release detailed engineering drawings and 3D models using CATIA V5, 3DExperience, and SolidWorks. Conduct tolerance studies, FEA analysis, and design validation in compliance with company and industry standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement specifications, validation reports, BOMs, and revision histories. Interface with cross-functional teams (production, purchasing, quality, sales) to align engineering activities with customer expectations and manufacturing capabilities. Minimum Requirements:

This role requires the development and execution of test plans and procedures, the analysis of test data, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues and drive product improvement. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of engineering principles and concepts, as well as experience with visualization tools and communication protocols to perform the following duties: Develop validation strategies and plans for Electric Vehicle systems and components, including software, hardware, and mechanical subsystems. Create and execute test procedures, including functional, environmental, durability, and performance testing, in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements. Operate validation tools such as Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and diagnostic tools to evaluate system performance. Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of system failures or deficiencies. Document and report test results with clear, concise technical communication to cross-functional teams, including design, software, and quality engineering teams. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of validation issues, working collaboratively with development teams to implement corrective actions. Ensure validation activities are completed on time and align with project schedules and milestones. Maintain test equipment, fixtures, and facilities to ensure reliable operation and calibration as needed. Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and certification bodies for validation activities and compliance testing as required. Minimum Requirements:
