Minimum Secret Position Summary ISPA Technology is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, integration, and sustainment of electrical and electronic systems supporting commercial, government, and defense-related projects. The Electrical provides advanced technical expertise in the development of power, communications, control, and electronic systems while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and engineering best practices. This position serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for system architecture, engineering analysis, project execution, and technical leadership throughout the system lifecycle. Position Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and evaluate electrical and electronic systems, components, and equipment. Lead engineering efforts involving power generation, power distribution, communications systems, controls, instrumentation, and electronic equipment. Develop system architectures, engineering specifications, interface control documents, and technical requirements. Perform engineering analyses, calculations, modeling, and simulations to validate system performance. Support the integration, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of electrical and electronic systems. Evaluate and recommend design improvements, technology upgrades, and system enhancements. Develop maintenance concepts, reliability assessments, and lifecycle support strategies. Investigate and resolve complex technical and operational issues affecting system performance. Prepare technical reports, engineering studies, cost estimates, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, customers, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline from an accredited institution. 10+ years of professional experience in electrical, electronics, communications, power systems, controls, or related engineering disciplines. Advanced knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles, theories, and practices. Experience with power systems, communications systems, electronic controls, instrumentation, or related technologies. Ability to perform complex engineering analyses and develop practical technical solutions. Knowledge of system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation methodologies. Familiarity with engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. Experience developing technical documentation, engineering drawings, specifications, and reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
