$200,000 - $350,000 per year Relocation Assistance Available Visa Sponsorship Available Job Summary Pantheon is building advanced robotics systems to automate physical labor, beginning with bimanual manipulation robots for industrial applications. The Electrical Engineer will own electrical system design from concept through deployment, including PCB development, power systems, and robot electronics integration. Key Responsibilities Design and bring up PCBAs, adapter boards, data collection devices, and complex 10+ layer motherboards Integrate NVIDIA chips with power delivery, communication, and control systems Own power systems, battery management, motor drive integration, and robot wiring architecture Debug electrical issues involving signal integrity, EMC/EMI, thermal performance, and connectors Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and ML teams Support prototype development through manufacturing and deployment Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience 10 years or less of Electrical Engineering experience Experience taking products from schematic to deployment Experience with 10+ layer PCB design and board bring-up Strong hands-on hardware development experience Technical Skills PCB design (Altium, KiCad, or similar) Power electronics and motor drive integration Signal integrity and EMC/EMI troubleshooting Industrial communication protocols: Ether
