This opportunity offers strong long-term growth, leadership exposure, ownership participation, and involvement in technically challenging aviation and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead electrical engineering execution for complex projects Oversee project schedules, engineering resources, and deliverables Mentor junior Engineers and Designers Perform electrical system calculations and studies Coordinate with PMs, field teams, and regulatory agencies Act as Engineer of Record on assigned projects Support utility coordination and code compliance Participate in design meetings and project site visits Requirements • Active PE License Strong commercial/infrastructure electrical engineering background Experience leading projects from concept through completion Revit proficiency required NEC expertise required Airport/infrastructure project experience strongly preferred Experience within electrical construction or design-build environments preferred MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
