Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep expertise and able to contribute to multiple technical areas of expertise. Must be able to lead chip design activities in at least one domain
  • Apply subject matter expertise to proactively address issues in own and adjacent design phase
  • Able to troubleshoot complex problems within a variet of steps in the IC desgin process under limited suervision. Able to provide guidance and consultation to others. Technical mentor for more junior members
  • Strong communicator, representing org in internal and external technical communications, conferences etc. Able to pitch technical solutions at BU level.
  • Able to follow complex program schedules, budgets, and milestones and provide input and guidance on program deviations
  • Identify and propose solutions to complex challenges in cross-functional team environment. Functional Knowledge
  • Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function Business Expertise

Salary Range:
$198,000.00 - $272,500.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
