Senior Electrical Engineer / Engineering Lead South San Francisco, CA | $180K-$210K + Bonus We've partnered with a well-established engineering and construction-focused organization seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering professional to support complex commercial and infrastructure projects across the Bay Area. This role is ideal for a licensed Electrical Engineer who enjoys leading projects from concept through completion while mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with project and operations leadership. The position will support large-scale projects within commercial, transportation, healthcare, and infrastructure environments. Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering projects from design through execution Mentor Engineers, Designers, and drafting/modeling staff Coordinate with Project Managers and leadership teams Oversee electrical system studies including Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Voltage Drop Ensure NEC and applicable code compliance Support utility coordination and electrical system design efforts Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits Support project delivery from planning through completion Requirements Active PE License required 8+ years of electrical engineering experience Experience within commercial or infrastructure environments Revit experience preferred Strong NEC/code knowledge Experience mentoring or leading junior team members Knowledge of HV/MV distribution, lighting, grounding, and utility coordination Design-build project experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus Strong long-term growth opportunity Relocation assistance potentially available Comprehensive benefits package and PTO structure MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
