Electrical Wiring Engineer (Entry-Level or Associate)

The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes Customer Support is seeking an Electrical Wiring Engineer (Entry-Level or Associate) to join our Maintenance Engineering team in Seal Beach, CA.Position Overview:
This engineer will provide analysis of engineering data related to the Wiring Diagram Manuals (WDM) and System Schematic Manuals (SSM). They will respond to airline and maintenance customer inquiries and demand the highest quality output critical to the safe and efficient operation of the Boeing fleet and exceeding the expectations of our amazing customers. Engineers will also implement service bulletin changes into the airline customers' manuals to reflect the current configuration of their fleets. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level and Associate.Primary Responsibilities:
Assists with the development and documentation of basic or complex requirements via drawings, data sets, reports, specifications and supporting data. Develops or modifies basic designs based on defined requirements. Performs tests to verify operational and functional requirements. Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance and/or integration with requirements. Supports resolution of product moderate to complex problems with integration issues and production anomalies. Researches basic and/or specific technologies for potential application to company business needs. Assists and/or participates with other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions to meet group, organization, and company objectives. Traveling is expected occasionally. Responds to airline customer inquiries by researching engineering drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, functional schematics, and conducts data reviews. Updates electrical wiring diagrams and functional schematics, along with electrical engineering data sources, in order to reflect the current configuration of in-service airplanes.Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Seal Beach, California location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 1+ years of academic or work experience in electrical engineering. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience working in Customer Service/Support. Experience in the commercial aviation industry. 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Conflict of Interest:
