Algorithms Engineer

Delta Solutions and Strategies is looking to hire an Algorithms Engineer in the Colorado Springs, CO area. \n What you will be doing: Analyze new data streams and data formats for different sensor messages to determine integration requirements into an existing operational system. Review a library of approved algorithms and identify which can be applied to process new data streams. Determine gaps in existing approved algorithms and clearly articulate functional needs to inform new algorithm development. Identify relevant data fields within new message formats for downstream processing, fusion, and analysis. Perform pattern analysis across messages to assess data consistency, quality, and reliability. Document findings, create interface control documents, and collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and system engineers to implement messages into custom software. Support testing and validation of new data stream integrations in operational environments. Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences Perform other tasks as directed What you will need:

Security Clearance:

Secret clearance required with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Bachelor's degree in physics or a related field 3+ years of experience in algorithms development, data processing, or signal/data analysis Experience analyzing large data sets Familiarity with

MATLAB, C
