What You'll Do:
EVstudio is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to anchor our Boise or Colorado Springs team . This is a high-impact role for a licensed engineer who's ready to take ownership of technical excellence, grow a Boise-based team, and collaborate across disciplines within a dynamic and integrated design firm. As the senior-most MEP professional in our Boise office, you'll be shaping project delivery, guiding junior staff, and collaborating closely with our architecture, civil, and structural teams. Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents Mentor and supervise structural EITs and junior engineers Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Electrical or Architectural Engineering PE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly) 7+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong design portfolio Proficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction
What We Offer:
We are targeting a base salary of $110,000 to $150,000, but this is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area. Medical insurance, including an HSA option Dental insurance Vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance
