Job Description

Senior Electrical Engineer•Join Us in Shaping the Future of High‑Performance Facilities We're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who's excited to design cutting‑edge electrical systems for both new construction and transformative renovations-especially in mission‑critical environments where reliability, innovation, and precision matter most. In this role, you'll take ownership of electrical design efforts, collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, and help deliver high‑quality projects that stay on schedule and on budget. You'll serve as a technical leader, mentor rising engineers, and play a key role in shaping project outcomes from concept through construction.

Full‑Time What You'll Do Partner closely with clients to understand their goals, constraints, and success criteria. Develop creative, high‑value design solutions-helping clients weigh risks, benefits, and long‑term performance. Lead project teams in producing design documentation, including conceptual designs, equipment selections, drawings, specifications, and energy modeling. Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, code‑compliant, constructable designs. Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the design process. Work with colleagues, consultants, contractors, and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule. Represent the owner during construction through site reviews, RFI responses, submittal evaluations, and more. Mentor junior engineers and designers, helping them grow into the next generation of technical leaders.
