Your work environment at EXP EXP is currently searching for a Project Manager/Senior Electrical Engineer for our Denver, Colorado office. This position will lead exciting projects across the United States for Hospitality/Luxury Residential, Entertainment, Healthcare and Life Sciences. What a day at EXP has in store for you Identify, research, and qualify RFP/ RFQ's and upcoming projects for go/no go potential Direct and lead submittals in response to RFP/ RFQ's. Manage existing and develop new client relationships Perform at a 'responsible charge' level; meeting exp's design and quality levels Manage work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hours Work with project team and clients to meet scheduled project milestones on multiple projects Apply risk management procedures daily to minimize exp's and client's exposure to problems Understand MEP/FP work planning and manage design process to the available hours in work plan Understand proper scope of
MEP/FP SD, DD, CD
level documents - and deliver appropriate documentation Coordinates with other disciplines (MEP/FP, architectural, structural, etc) Edit and develop scope of work narratives (SD narrative, basis of design, etc) Develop equipment room sizes during SD and DD phases Thorough knowledge of Electrical codes Be able to direct and mentor designer level staff on all of their responsibilities on a daily basis QA/QC reviews of all calculations by designers, and provide guidance and mentoring The Skills and Knowledge You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program 10+ years Electrical design experience Registered Professional Engineer in State of Denver required. 7+ years of hospitality facility, Healthcare and Life Sciences or Hospitality design The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
