This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage electrical teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality electrical installations. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating electrical work, reading schematics, and maintaining safety protocols to ensure successful project completion. Duties Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction and renovation sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters to ensure proper operation and safety. Manage low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to plan daily tasks and resolve technical issues promptly. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, including proper handling of power tools and electrical components. Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, inspections, and safety checks throughout each project phase. Requirements Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong background in construction site environments. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively on construction or renovation projects. Strong understanding of NEC regulations and safety standards for electrical work. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
