This is a professional qualifying agent arrangement, not a license rental. Active oversight, code compliance, proper permitting, inspections, and safe work practices are required.

Services include:

Qualifying agent services for a Florida electrical business Oversight of electrical work Permit and inspection review NEC and Florida Building Code compliance support Residential, commercial, and industrial electrical experience

Requirements:

Must be a registered Florida business Must carry general liability insurance Must carry workers compensation or approved exemption Must follow proper permitting and inspection procedures Must agree to written qualifying agreement

Compensation:

$2,000 per month base qualifying fee. Additional compensation may apply depending on project size, workload, and level of involvement. Serious inquiries only.
