Lead. Grow. Are you an Electrical Engineer with MEP consulting experience looking for more than just another production role? At Ingenuity Engineers, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across the country, collaborate with experienced engineering professionals, and continue developing your technical and leadership skills in a supportive team environment. We're seeking an Electrical Engineer II who enjoys solving complex building systems challenges, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to play an active role in project success from concept through construction. What You'll Do Design and develop power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for a variety of building types Perform engineering calculations, develop design narratives, and prepare construction documents Serve as Engineer of Record on smaller projects and support larger multidisciplinary projects Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, and structural teams Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and site visits Review and mentor junior engineers and designers Support project budgets, schedules, and overall project delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and technical expertise Contribute to process improvements and help enhance design quality across the organization What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program 3+ years of electrical engineering experience in building systems design Experience within an MEP Consulting Firm, A/E firm, or engineering consulting environment preferred EIT required or actively pursuing licensure preferred PE license or PE-track candidates encouraged to apply Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of electrical building systems, NEC, NFPA, and applicable design standards Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills Field experience and client interaction experience are a plus If you're looking for an opportunity where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your work has a direct impact on project success, we'd love to hear from you.
