Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Engineer Care Team member to join our dynamic maintenance and support division. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and reliability of industrial and facility systems through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems, along with excellent customer service skills, to deliver exceptional care and technical expertise to our clients and internal teams. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the seamless functioning of complex manufacturing or residential facilities while fostering continuous improvement and safety standards. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and facility systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), wiring, circuits, and mechanical components to identify root causes efficiently. Conduct welding tasks and perform electrical work in compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, asset histories, and inventory. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects including residential painting, equipment upgrades, or system installations. Collaborate with manufacturing or facilities teams to develop solutions that enhance system reliability and operational efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients or internal stakeholders regarding technical issues and resolutions. Lead or support team initiatives aimed at improving maintenance procedures, safety protocols, or operational workflows. Skills Proficiency in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding their programming principles. Strong electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, troubleshooting with ohmmeters, and circuit analysis. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance, welding techniques, and general facilities upkeep. Experience with schematics reading, technical documentation, and facility layout diagrams. Familiarity with CMMS software for managing work orders and maintenance records. Ability to perform residential painting tasks as needed for facility aesthetics or minor repairs. Supervising experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams. Knowledge of manufacturing processes or residential facilities maintenance standards. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members and oversee projects effectively. This role is integral to maintaining the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our facilities.
