Serve as the expert on electrical engineering design, reviewing and coordining electrical systems to ensure they meet project requirements. Provide guidance on electrical design for projects including power, lighting, security, and communicion systems. Serve as Project Manager, responsible for the overall management, control, coordinion, and execution of assigned projects throughout the Medical Center's area of operion. Advise on complex electrical design issues, coordining with stakeholders, and ensures quality control for electrical work. Coordine the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, environmental restorion, and reled activities for engineering projects. Participe in design review meetings to offer technical advice and resolve electrical design issues. Manage the construction and site preparion associed with the Capital Expense Equipment Program (CEEP) and the Medical Capital Expense Program (MEDCASE). Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in engineering. To be acceptable, the program must: (1) lead to a bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in a school of engineering with least one program accredited by the Accredition Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET);OR (2) include differential and integral calculus and courses (more advanced than first-year physics and chemistry) in five of the following seven areas of engineering science or physics: (a) stics, dynamics; (b) strength of merials (stress-strain relionships); (c) fluid mechanics, hydraulics; (d) thermodynamics; (e) electrical fields and circuits; (f) nure and properties of merials (reling particle and aggrege structure to properties); and (g) any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, he transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics. Combinion of Educion and Experience:

College-level educion, training, and/or technical experience th furnished (1) a thorough knowledge of the physical and mhemical sciences underlying engineering, and (2) a good understanding, both theoretical and practical, of the engineering sciences and techniques and their applicions to one of the branches of engineering. • Current registrion as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any Ste, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
