This is an in-person role based in Boise, Idaho, with a strong emphasis on hands-on system design, integration, and real-world problem solving. What You'll Do Support design of industrial electrical and control systems Develop and program PLC and HMI solutions using platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Wonderware, and Ignition Create and maintain electrical and controls drawings using AutoCAD Assist with system integration, commissioning, and plant startup activities Work across multiple projects and industries, supporting both design and field execution What You Bring BS in Engineering or equivalent practical experience Experience or interest in industrial electrical and control systems Familiarity with PLC programming, HMI development, and automation platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Wonderware, Ignition, or similar Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong communication and technical writing skills Comfortable working in a smaller, team-oriented environment Additional Details This is an in-person role based in Boise, Idaho Must be able to pass a background check Competitive compensation and benefits
