Job Description
Electrical Engineer - Industrial Automation and Controls (Relocation Available)
You will work on critical electrical and control systems supporting real production environments. This is not a desk-only role. You will be involved in design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of systems that keep operations running.

Lead electrical and automation projects from concept through completionProgram, troubleshoot, and modify Allen Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix)Support HMI and SCADA systems and industrial communication networksAnalyze and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit designs, and electrical drawingsTroubleshoot and repair control systems, motors, drives, and automation equipmentCollaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve system performanceOversee contractors and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetSupport equipment startup, shutdown, and commissioning activitiesMaintain compliance with OSHA, NEC, and NFPA70E standardsAssist with power distribution systems and industrial electrical infrastructureSupport steam boiler and related automation systems where applicableWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for engineers who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a real-world industrial setting.
Core qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in industrial electrical or automation environmentsStrong experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshootingExperience with motor controls, VFDs, and industrial control systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsFamiliarity with AutoCAD or similar toolsSolid understanding of electrical safety standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA70E)Nice to have:
