Located on over 66 acres, employing over 400 employees, and supplying one of the world's largest and fastest growing automobile manufacturers. Job Summary Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting PLC based automated machinery.
  • Identifying and assessing software and hardware problems.
  • Manage installation of new equipment and related systems.
  • Supports the manufacturing and maintenance groups: including following up on machine issues, debugging and repairing machine control software, as well as suggesting and implementing alternatives to solve manufacturing and maintenance issues. Requirements
  • Preferred, bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar field. Equivalent experience will be highly considered
  • 2-4 years' experience working in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of programming arenas: o Rockwell / Allen Bradley RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, and Studio 5000 o Rockwell / Allen Bradley HMI Programming, Using Factory Talk View Studio o Various Rockwell / Allen Bradley VFD's.
o
RSNetworx:
DeviceNet and Ethernet networks. o Qualified candidates will have a thorough knowledge of Ladder Logic, blueprints and schematics. o Experience with Robotics and Mitsubishi PLC and HMI strongly preferred. Preferred
  • AutoCAD experience is also strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures. They will be comfortable making decisions based on their experiences.
