Indiana , Crawfordsville Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of power distribution and control systems used in dynamic, event-driven environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable electrical performance, safety compliance, and efficient deployment of temporary and permanent electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, and low/high voltage applications Create and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in field and shop environments Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure systems meet performance and timeline requirements Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other applicable electrical and safety standards Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability Assist in equipment selection, specification, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical support during live events and rapid deployment scenarios as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) 3+ years of experience in electrical design, power systems, or industrial environments Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution Proficiency with CAD or electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience with generators, temporary power, or event-based systems is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and support field operations as required
