This is a major growth period for us. Demand for our automation equipment continues to increase, and we are expanding our engineering team to support new product lines and customer projects.

Our equipment is used across multiple industries and helps manufacturers improve throughput, reduce downtime, and operate with greater consistency and precision.

We work closely with leading industrial suppliers and automation vendors. Our electrical design team ensures seamless integration of components, robust panel layouts, and clean, maintainable schematics.

We are privately funded, have been in business for more than a decade, and employ over 100 people nationwide.

This role is on-site, working directly with controls engineers, mechanical engineers, and technicians to support real-time design, troubleshooting, and equipment build activities.

Due to growth, we are hiring an Electrical Design Engineer (Level 1 or 2) experienced with:

Testing, selecting, and sourcing electrical componentsCreating electrical schematics and panel layoutsSupporting panel build and equipment wiringTroubleshooting wiring issues and resolving build questionsProducing supplementary documentation for electrical designsCollaborating with controls engineers, mechanical engineers, and techniciansManaging project timelines and budgetsCommunicating project status with project managementEvaluating new suppliers and productsMaintaining relationships with key suppliersExperience with any of the following is a plus:

AutoCAD Electrical or similar schematic design softwareIndustrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, etc.)Automation components such as sensors, drives, and safety devicesHands-on panel design or wiring experienceMicrosoft Office productsWorking in cross-functional engineering teamsTrade show or training participation related to controls or automationBenefitsStrong Compensation Package!
