Job Description

šŸ”¹ About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems for a wide range of building projects including healthcare, commercial, and science/labs. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects that emphasize sustainability, efficiency, and smart building technologies. šŸ”¹ Key Responsibilities Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations using AutoCAD and Revit Ensure designs comply with NEC, local codes, and safety standards Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors throughout project lifecycle Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction Develop energy-efficient and cost-effective design solutions Review shop drawings and participate in project meetings šŸ”¹ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 3+ years of experience in building electrical design (preferred) Strong knowledge of NEC and building electrical systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP Experience with lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, AGi32) is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills EIT or PE license (preferred but not required) šŸ”¹ Desired Skills Experience with sustainable design and energy-efficient systems Familiarity with smart building technologies and automation systems Knowledge of fire alarm and security system design Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines šŸ”¹ What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Professional development and certification support Flexible work environment Opportunities to work on high-profile building projects šŸ”¹ How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply here!
