Support test engineers to identify and address issues with process equipment. Support production engineers and test engineers to (re)develop manufacturing procedures and training materials for assembly / manufacture of products, particularly with microelectronics assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and any products requiring cleanroom environments, along with support to achieve appropriate certifications. Assist in developing Basis of Estimates for work requiring the development and/or use of microelectronics capabilities and facilities. Integrate (re)developed capabilities into existing manufacturing processes.
Required Skills:
15+ years full time engineering experience Significant experience in a manufacturing or depot support role working on electrical assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and microelectronics Experience writing/editing technical documents and training materials Experience interpreting engineering requirements, drawings and schematics Experience using basic electronics diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers and other types of test equipment to be able to troubleshoot circuits to the component level. Experience with common industry and military specifications and standards Basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong technical leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead the resolution of complex technical challenges Manufacturing experience with defense-related products Existing Secret Security Clearance Experience working in a cross-functional environment
Desired Skills:
Expertise in aircraft electrical systems.
