Job Description

Overview We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical systems and production machinery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver dedicated to safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities & Duties Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled inspections and routine servicing (cleaning, lubricating, and tightening) of electrical components to prevent equipment failure.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Rapidly diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machinery, including motors, relays, and control panels.
Automation Support:
Monitor and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and VFDs to ensure automated lines run efficiently.
Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to guide installations and repairs
Emergency Response:
Provide immediate support for unexpected breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using multimeters, megohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable working in a factory environment, which may include climbing ladders or working in tight spaces.
Education:
Degree or Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Mechanical Troubleshooting . Expertise in Blueprint Reading and Electrical Schematics. Deep understanding of Industrial Safety Standards .
