Job Description

This is a full-time position with Tecknomic and the project is with Toyota. This is a fully onsite role in Georgetown, KY. Local candidates preferred. This role closes on 6/12/2026 . 12 months contract with the possibility of extension. 10% travel (would be ready to travel internationally to Canada and Mexico.) Will be working on multiple projects. Completely onsite position. Need someone local. Description Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule and budget Create scope of work, bid package and project specifications Review technical drawings, provide feedback, negotiate changes Evaluate electrical power systems Evaluate electrical and safety compliance to local and national codes Collaborate with 3rd party Safety Compliance Contractors Evaluate Power distribution/breaker size/Amp draw/SCCR/Panel Loading Specify/Confirm electrical components for industrial equipment Collaborate with multiple groups to design and install equipment and meet project milestones Supervise contractors in a green-field or brown-field work environment Coordinate installation with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers and equipment manufacturers Develop countermeasures for project delays for timely project completion Required experience/skill: BS In Engineering, Technical Trader Certification or equivalent experience 3+ years manufacturing environment 3+ years project management Microsoft Office Software proficient Bid Spec development, Contractor negotiation 2+ years Technical Drawing experience 2+ years Industrial Power Distribution/System Design
