We're a team of hands-on builders, engineers, and innovators reinventing how the world makes physical things. If you're ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.
Your Impact:
Our 3D printers are full of analog and digital electronics, sensors, displays, and motion systems. They are connected devices driven by complex embedded Firmware. We work quickly to prototype, test, and iterate, while collaborating closely with dozens of other engineers, spanning multiple disciplines across the company. If you're looking to lead and develop a rapidly growing team of talented electrical engineers as we create next-generation digital fabrication technology, then we want you as our Manager of Electrical Engineering.
What You'll Do:
Spend most of your time being an active contributor in product development Help the team navigate design tradeoffs and ship the industry's best products Constantly question product assumptions and help scope electrical engineering work to a finely focused edge, where only the work that is critical to customer success is pursued Drive the team to hit program milestones, provide input to program schedules, actively work with cross functional leaders to develop products more efficiently Hire the best engineers and then help them reach their highest potential Continuously improve the results and outputs of the electrical engineering function Influence product strategy Influence how Hardware Engineering functions holistically
About You:

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
