Backed by a larger international construction group, this organization offers long-term stability, career growth opportunities, and exposure to some of the region's most challenging and high-profile infrastructure projects. The company has built a strong reputation across the DOT, transportation, utility, and infrastructure sectors, delivering complex projects throughout the Northeast. Their Electrical Division specializes in transportation systems, roadway and tunnel lighting, rail and transit infrastructure, medium/high-voltage distribution, airport systems, fiber optics, SCADA/controls, fire alarm systems, and utility power projects. Responsibilities Support field operations on complex electrical infrastructure projects from startup through closeout Coordinate daily construction activities with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients Assist with project scheduling, procurement tracking, material management, and workforce planning Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation for accuracy and constructability Track project quantities, production rates, costs, and progress reporting Support change order documentation and project controls efforts Conduct field inspections and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards Help maintain project safety compliance and support jobsite safety initiatives Participate in client meetings, progress updates, and coordination efforts with stakeholders Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred 1-5+ years of experience in electrical construction, infrastructure, utility, transportation, or heavy civil projects Understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, controls, communications, and utility infrastructure Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred Willingness to spend significant time in the field supporting active construction operations Why Join Work for one of New England's most recognized infrastructure contractors Exposure to large-scale transportation, utility, and electrical infrastructure projects Strong mentorship and career development opportunities with a clear path toward Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager roles Collaborative, employee-focused culture with a highly tenured workforce Strong backlog of high-profile projects throughout the Northeast Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and long-term career stability Company leadership genuinely values loyalty, internal promotion, and employee development
